I’ve been writing and editing content for more than 20 years, mostly as a journalist. In 2018, I made the switch to digital marketing. During nearly four years at G5, I grew my skill set immensely, editing and writing website copy, blogs and branding material. I quickly ascended the ranks, rising into senior and management roles by the end of my tenure there in March 2022. I stepped away to catch my breath and reset before embarking on whatever comes next.

Sports journalism is where I got my start, writing about high school hoops in Indiana, Friday night football in Texas, and World Cup skiers in Colorado across several newspaper stops. From there, I shifted to the copy desk, where I honed my editing and design skills while shifting seamlessly between subject matter of all types. Breaking news-rich A1 sections. Features. Sports. Business. Special publications. I’ve done a little of everything.

Outside of work, I keep busy shuttling my daughter, who’s about to finish kindergarten, to extracurricular activities of all sorts — soccer, T-ball, ballet, ice skating, swimming, to name a few. I also like to get outside and mountain bike, snowboard or hike whenever time permits.
